What types of loads can you transport?
We handle heavy machinery (up to 35 tonnes on our current float fleet), oversized and overmass loads, modular buildings, precast concrete, and any load that requires specialist haulage, permits, or escort vehicles.
Do you handle the permits and approvals?
Yes. We manage the full OSOM permit process, including route assessments, council approvals, escort coordination, and any third-party authorisations required for your move.
How quickly can you provide a quote?
Most quotes are returned within 4 business hours of receiving your load details. Complex or multi-leg moves may take slightly longer, and we will let you know upfront.
What areas do you service?
We are based in Ipswich, QLD and service a radius of approximately 1,500 kilometres from Brisbane. This covers all of Queensland, most of New South Wales, and parts of Victoria, depending on the route. If you are unsure whether your move falls within our range, contact us and we will confirm.
How do you calculate pricing?
Pricing is based on your load dimensions, weight, distance, route complexity, permit requirements, and escort needs. Every quote is fully itemised so you can see exactly what each component costs. There are no lump-sum estimates and no charges added after the fact.
Why are you not the cheapest quote I have received?
Because we include everything in our price, many carriers quote the base transport cost and add permits, escorts, route assessments, and surcharges after the job is booked or completed. Our quotes are fully itemised and all-inclusive. When you compare total delivered cost, including every permit, every escort, and every compliance requirement, we are consistently competitive. The difference is that we show you the real number upfront instead of surprising you with it later.
What if my load requires pilot or escort vehicles?
We provide certified pilot and escort vehicles as part of our service. This can be bundled into your transport quote or booked separately if you are using another carrier.
Can you handle urgent or short-notice moves?
